About Me

Hi! My name is Hunter Redding and I am a rising senior in the Professional Selling Program at Baylor University graduating in May of 2025. I am originally from Portland, Oregon but decided to move down to Waco, Texas for school. I am grateful for my experience at Baylor University and looking forward to my next adventure!

Honest

Since I was a child, my parents have always emphasized the importance of honesty with the classic phrase, "honesty is the best policy." Being honest helps to build my credibility. I am able to accept and own up to situations where I may have fallen short. This helps me to look at situations from multiple angels and view the right and the wrong. I consider myself a very ethical person, so when shown opportunities I choose to be honest and abide by the expectations set before me.

Reliable

The people in my life tend to describe me as a very reliable person. I am the go-to-girl when it comes to advice, assistance, or just a constant comfort. My jobs have also considered me as one of the more reliable employees who can handle difficult tasks. I was assigned more shifts in order to drive up numbers and was in charge of training some of the new employees after only a few weeks on the job in one of my previous positions. 

Responsive

Being responsive is an important characteristic to have in sales. One must be efficient and timely in their responses and be attentive to customers and the people around them. Luckily, I am an extremely responsive person. I was able to perfect this ability in my Prosales 2 course that encouraged the students to actively take charge of their calendar and be aware of the importance of deadlines.
